I am Serita Shinliver and I will be teaching 5th grade this year at Parsons. I am excited about teaching each and every student. This is my first year teaching and I will be learning from each students, just like you will be learning from me.

My philosophy is to ensure that you have mastered the standards and you are prepared for middle schools. I also plan to make our class time together enjoyable by doing a lot of interactive activities.

Open the door and come on in. We have a lot to cover this year and I know it is going to be fun.
